Key Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, and package cheeses accurately using specialized equipment while adhering to food safety standards.
• Manage inventory by stocking shelves, rotating products, and minimizing waste through FIFO methods.
• Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash and digital payments securely.

Daily Operations

Your day will involve collaborating with the deli team to prepare specialty orders, sanitize work areas per HACCP guidelines, and participate in merchandising initiatives to drive sales.
