Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized recommendations on cheeses, charcuterie, and accompaniments.
• Carefully slice, weigh, and package cheese products using precise cutting techniques and sanitary practices.
• Maintain an attractive and organized cheese display, ensuring proper stock rotation and freshness.
• Operate department equipment such as slicers, scales, and wrappers safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking quality, and restocking shelves.
• Upsell complementary products like crackers, wines, and gourmet items to increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
