• Maintain an attractive and organized cheese display case, rotating stock to prioritize fresh items.

• Operate the deli scale, cash register, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and report shortages to management.
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper sanitation, temperature control, and expiration date management.
