• Monitor product quality, temperature controls, and expiration dates to uphold food safety standards.

Daily Operations

You will collaborate with the deli team to receive shipments, stock shelves, and clean workstations in compliance with health regulations. Knowledge of cheese types, origins, and flavor profiles is a plus.
