Key Responsibilities

• Carefully slice, weigh, and package cheeses using precise cutting techniques and sanitary practices to ensure product freshness and quality.
• Maintain an attractive and organized cheese display case, rotating stock to prioritize fresh items and removing expired products.
• Educate customers on cheese characteristics, such as flavor profiles, aging processes, and complementary accompaniments like crackers, fruits, and wines.
• Operate department equipment, including scales, slicers, and wrapping machines, while adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.

Daily Operations

You will collaborate with the deli team to prepare cheese platters, charcuterie boards, and custom orders for special events or holidays.
