Key Responsibilities

• Cut, wrap, and display cheeses with precision to maintain freshness and visual appeal.
• Educate customers on cheese varieties, origins, and serving suggestions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation practices.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to keep the department fully supplied.
• Operate department equipment such as slicers, scales, and POS systems efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications
