Key Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, and package cheeses accurately using specialized equipment while adhering to food safety standards.
• Stock inventory, rotate products to prevent spoilage, and monitor expiration dates diligently.
• Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash, checks, and digital payments.
• Collaborate with department leads to execute promotions, seasonal displays, and special orders.
• Ensure compliance with health codes, sanitation protocols, and Kroger's quality assurance guidelines.
