Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting cheeses by offering tastings, descriptions of flavors, and pairing suggestions for meals or events.
• Maintain an attractive and organized cheese display, including slicing, wrapping, and labeling products accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to prevent spoilage, and place orders to replenish supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper temperature control, sanitation of work areas, and adherence to health codes.
• Operate department equipment such as cheese slicers, scales, and point-of-sale systems efficiently.

Daily Operations

You will collaborate with the deli and specialty teams to create seasonal displays, promote new products, and participate in store events like cheese tastings.
