Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized recommendations on cheeses, charcuterie, and accompaniments.
• Maintain an immaculate cheese display, ensuring products are fresh, properly labeled, and attractively presented.
• Handle sales transactions accurately using Kroger's POS systems and process special orders for customers.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to prevent spoilage, and collaborate with department leads on reordering.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including proper temperature control, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Participate in cheese cutting, wrapping, and sampling events to drive sales and customer engagement.
