Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting cheeses by offering tastings and personalized recommendations based on preferences and occasions.
• Maintain an immaculate cheese display, including slicing, wrapping, and labeling products with accurate pricing and expiration dates.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to prevent spoilage, and place orders for popular and seasonal cheese varieties.
• Operate deli equipment such as cheese slicers, scales, and vacuum sealers safely and efficiently.
• Upsell complementary products like crackers, wines, and preserves to enhance customer baskets and drive department sales.

Skills and Qualifications
