Key Responsibilities

• Follow food safety protocols, including proper temperature control, sanitation, and inventory management.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.

Daily Operations

You will collaborate with the deli team to receive shipments, check quality upon arrival, and stock shelves efficiently. Knowledge of cheese varieties—from artisanal blues to imported bries—will set you apart.
