Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting cheeses by offering tastings, suggestions, and knowledge about products from around the world.
• Maintain an immaculate cheese display, including wrapping, slicing, and portioning cheeses to meet hygiene and presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and place orders for popular and seasonal items.
• Operate the cheese shop counter, process transactions accurately using POS systems, and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
• Collaborate with the deli team to create cheese platters, gift baskets, and special orders for events and holidays.

Skills and Qualifications
