Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with cheese selections, including artisanal, imported, and domestic varieties.
• Cut, wrap, and label cheeses accurately to ensure freshness and compliance with weight and pricing standards.
• Maintain an attractive and organized cheese display case, rotating stock to prioritize fresh products.
• Educate customers on cheese characteristics, origins, and serving suggestions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operate department equipment such as slicers, scales, and POS systems efficiently.

Daily Operations

You will collaborate with the deli team to prepare specialty orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with Kroger's sanitation and health regulations.
