Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting cheeses by offering tastings, descriptions, and pairing suggestions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain an attractive and organized cheese display, including slicing, wrapping, and labeling products accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to prevent spoilage, and place orders to keep the department fully stocked.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper temperature control, cleaning, and sanitation of all equipment and surfaces.
• Operate the cheese shop counter, process transactions efficiently using POS systems, and handle cash and digital payments securely.

Skills and Qualifications
