Job Overview

The CORP H&W STRATEGIC PROGRAMS ADMINISTRATOR at Kroger plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's corporate health and wellness initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administration of health and wellness programs, including enrollment, compliance, and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to launch new wellness initiatives, such as fitness challenges, mental health resources, and preventive care campaigns.
• Analyze program data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements for better employee participation and outcomes.
• Ensure all programs comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and ACA requirements.
• Develop communication materials and training sessions to promote wellness programs company-wide.
• Manage budgets for health and wellness initiatives, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.
• Support strategic planning by providing insights on employee health metrics and program ROI.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in HR software, and a passion for employee well-being. Experience in benefits administration or wellness program management is highly desirable. This role requires excellent communication, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
