  • Monitor expiration dates and facilitate renewals to prevent lapses in provider status.
  • Collaborate with HR, legal, and pharmacy operations teams on compliance matters.
  • Generate reports on credentialing status for audits and leadership reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to NCQA, Joint Commission, and CMS credentialing standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates must have 2+ years of credentialing experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in healthcare compliance regulations.
