Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the dairy department, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring proper temperature control.
• Train, coach, and schedule department associates to meet performance goals and provide outstanding customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders with vendors, and minimize shrink through effective loss prevention practices.
• Implement merchandising plans, build eye-catching displays, and promote dairy products to increase sales.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards and food handling protocols.
