The Dairy Department Leader at Kroger is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dairy section in a high-volume grocery store environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotating dairy products to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and place orders with suppliers to maintain optimal stock without overstocking.
• Implement merchandising strategies, build attractive displays, and promote seasonal dairy promotions to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and Kroger's quality control procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product recommendations to enhance satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and department performance metrics to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
