As a key member of the store leadership team, the Dairy/Dept Leader collaborates with store management to achieve departmental goals, manage inventory, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of dairy department associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of dairy products, including milk, cheese, yogurt, and butter, while minimizing waste and ensuring product rotation.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales, adhering to Kroger's visual standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular department audits and maintaining cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote loyalty programs to build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills
