Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced beverages, following Kroger's recipes and standards.
• Handle deli operations such as slicing meats and cheeses, assembling sandwiches, salads, and hot foods with speed and accuracy.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and deli counters, including equipment sanitation per health and safety regulations.
• Stock inventory, monitor product freshness, and rotate stock to minimize waste while ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash/credit payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and provide support during peak hours.

Skills and Qualifications
