The Deli/Coffee Shop Barista at Kroger is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality coffee beverages, deli items, and maintaining a clean and inviting department environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, lattes, cappuccinos, and drip coffee, following Kroger's recipes and standards.
• Handle deli operations such as slicing meats and cheeses, assembling sandwiches, salads, and prepared foods to meet customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, recommending products, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and deli area, including equipment sanitation, stocking supplies, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments using POS systems while promoting loyalty programs and upselling deli/coffee specials.

Skills and Qualifications
