Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 7 years of progressive HR experience in retail or high-volume operations. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations is essential. You must demonstrate exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
