Division Associate Relations Specialist

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and legal teams to mitigate risks and ensure consistent application of company policies.
  • Analyze trends in associate relations data to develop proactive strategies for improving retention and morale.
  • Support unionized environments by advising on collective bargaining agreements and grievance procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or labor relations. Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools is preferred. This role requires the ability to travel within the division, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
