Reporting to the Division Remodel Director, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams including construction, merchandising, store operations, and vendor partners to transform Kroger stores into modern, customer-centric retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple store remodel projects simultaneously.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver results that enhance store performance.
• Collaborate with store managers and district leaders to minimize disruptions during remodels.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and Kroger standards.
• Conduct site inspections, vendor evaluations, and post-project audits.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of experience in retail construction, project management, or store operations, with a proven track record in multi-site remodels. Strong leadership skills, proficiency in project management software like MS Project or Procore, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of retail operations and Kroger's systems is a plus.
