- Train and develop team members on Kroger's e-commerce processes, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with store leadership to forecast demand, manage labor schedules, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation requirements, and Kroger's quality assurance guidelines.
