  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time fulfillment rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Coordinate with store departments to ensure product availability and freshness for online customers.
  • Train and develop team members on e-commerce best practices, safety protocols, and Kroger's customer service standards.
  • Manage inventory for e-commerce slots, minimizing out-of-stocks and waste through proactive forecasting.
