Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement long-term solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Lead preventive maintenance programs, scheduling inspections and calibrations for critical facility assets.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local building codes through regular audits and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repairs and installations, managing budgets and timelines.
  • Utilize CMMS software to track work orders, inventory parts, and generate performance reports.
  • Train junior technicians on safety protocols, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Support emergency response for facility disruptions, including after-hours on-call duties.
