Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and contract negotiation is essential. A Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification is highly preferred.
