• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure systems meet OSHA, EPA, and state plumbing regulations.
• Collaborate with facilities managers, electricians, and HVAC technicians on integrated repair projects.
• Respond to emergency calls 24/7, prioritizing food safety and store operations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and preventive maintenance schedules using CMMS software.
• Train junior plumbers and facilities staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a valid journeyman or master plumber license with at least 7 years of commercial plumbing experience. Proficiency in tools like pipe threaders, torches, and diagnostic equipment is essential. Knowledge of retail facility layouts, refrigeration tie-ins, and sustainable plumbing practices is highly valued. Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions is required.
