The Float Pharmacist at Kroger is a dynamic role supporting multiple pharmacy locations across our retail network. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, process prescriptions accurately, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws, including controlled substances management.
• Travel to assigned Kroger locations to fill staffing gaps, providing consistent service quality.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must hold a valid PharmD and active state licensure. Strong clinical knowledge, customer service skills, and adaptability are essential. Experience in retail pharmacy settings is highly preferred.
