The Floral Clerk position at Kroger is an entry-level role in the vibrant floral department of our grocery stores. Key Responsibilities

• Design and assemble floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces according to customer requests and seasonal themes.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and receive deliveries to keep the department fully stocked.
• Provide knowledgeable advice to customers on flower care, selection, and customization options.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral display areas, coolers, and workstations.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a keen eye for design, basic knowledge of plants and flowers, and strong interpersonal skills. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
