• Operate the floral point-of-sale system, process transactions, and handle cash, checks, and credit card payments accurately.
• Consult with customers to recommend floral products, care instructions, and complementary items like vases or cards.
• Order floral supplies, monitor inventory levels, and receive deliveries while checking for quality and quantity.
• Collaborate with store management and other departments to promote floral products through in-store displays and promotions.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards specific to handling fresh flowers and plants.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates have basic knowledge of flowers, plants, and design principles. Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
