Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a keen eye for design, basic knowledge of plants and flowers, and strong interpersonal skills. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
