• Provide personalized customer service, offering advice on flower care, selection, and occasion-appropriate choices.
• Operate the floral department register, process transactions accurately, and promote floral products to increase sales.
• Keep the department clean, organized, and visually appealing, including watering plants, cleaning display areas, and restocking supplies.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic knowledge of flowers and plants, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Kroger provides training for floral design techniques.
