Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic knowledge of flowers and plants, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Physical stamina is needed for lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Previous retail or floral experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
