Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout lanes, including bagging groceries, processing payments, and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor front end areas for cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of bags, carts, and supplies.
• Provide backup support as a 4th person during high-volume periods, jumping in on registers or other duties as needed.
• Enforce store policies on returns, exchanges, and payment methods while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Coordinate with departments to retrieve items for customers and ensure accurate fulfillment of orders.
