Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the checkout area, including scanning stations and bagging areas.
• Assist with stocking front-end merchandise such as candy, magazines, and seasonal items.
• Provide information on store promotions, loyalty programs, and Kroger Plus card benefits.
• Resolve customer complaints courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow all company policies on cash handling, loss prevention, and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have basic math skills, cash handling experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds is required.
