Customer Service Excellence
Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, answering questions about fuel types, promotions, and store offerings. Upsell convenience store items like snacks, drinks, and lottery tickets to enhance the shopping experience. Address customer concerns promptly to uphold Kroger's commitment to satisfaction.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with store associates to support overall operations. Assist with stocking merchandise in the adjacent convenience area and participate in opening/closing procedures. Stay updated on company policies, fuel pricing, and promotional campaigns.

This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying weather conditions.
