Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized fuel center environment, including sweeping, trash removal, and window cleaning.
• Assist customers with directions, product information, and any inquiries related to fuel services.
• Enforce safety protocols, such as no-smoking rules and proper fuel handling procedures.
• Process payments accurately using cash, credit, debit, and loyalty programs.
• Stock and merchandise convenience store items adjacent to the fuel center.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, basic math abilities for transactions, and the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or fuel service experience is preferred. Kroger provides training for all necessary certifications, including safe fuel handling.
