Key Responsibilities

Customer Focus

Act as the go-to expert for gardening enthusiasts, offering personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance the customer shopping experience. Collaborate with other departments to cross-promote products and participate in community events to build brand loyalty.

Leadership and Development

Train and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and schedule shifts to cover peak hours. Report to store management on department performance, sales trends, and opportunities for growth. This position requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during busy seasons.
