• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or damaged goods.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and stock carts safely to transport merchandise from backroom to sales floor.

Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds, and a positive attitude. Previous retail or grocery experience is preferred but not required, as Kroger provides comprehensive on-the-job training.
