Successful candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail or grocery experience is preferred but not required, as Kroger provides comprehensive on-the-job training. Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
