The Grocery/4th Person position at Kroger is an essential role in our grocery department, supporting the stocking, organization, and maintenance of grocery aisles to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. As a Grocery/4th Person, you will assist in receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Stock grocery shelves with new merchandise according to planograms and store layouts.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and organizing backroom inventory.
• Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of grocery aisles and displays.
• Support customer inquiries and provide assistance in locating products.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have prior retail or stocking experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and a strong work ethic.
