Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain product displays, freshness standards, and inventory levels to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting Kroger's loyalty programs.
• Implement merchandising strategies, including planograms and promotional setups, to enhance department appeal.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on safety protocols, food handling, and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have prior retail or grocery experience, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in inventory management systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a physically demanding environment involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
