Job Overview

The Jewelry/Assistant Manager position at Kroger is a dynamic leadership role within our retail jewelry department. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of the jewelry department, including inventory control, sales performance, and visual merchandising.
• Provide expert product knowledge to customers, offering personalized recommendations on diamonds, gold, silver, and custom pieces.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention measures, and jewelry repair/inspection protocols.
• Drive sales through promotions, special events, and relationship-building with repeat customers.

Customer Focus

Excel in creating memorable shopping experiences by understanding customer needs, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to cross-promote products and enhance the overall store experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have prior retail management experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
