Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with regional healthcare organizations, brokers, and consultants.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
  • Conduct sales training sessions and performance reviews for direct reports to foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in pharmacy operations, marketing, and finance to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with at least 7 years of progressive sales experience in PBM or pharmaceutical services. Proven track record in B2B sales within the healthcare sector is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, and excellent communication abilities are required. Travel up to 50% within the region is expected.
