- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA standards, conducting safety audits, and leading incident investigations.
- Generate reports on KPIs including yield rates, labor efficiency, and downtime using ERP systems like SAP.
- Collaborate with plant management on budgeting, forecasting, and capital improvement projects.
