- Analyze transportation data to identify efficiency improvements, such as load optimization and carrier performance metrics.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and cost per mile for management review.
- Ensure all transportation activities adhere to federal regulations, including DOT compliance and safety standards.
- Liaise with warehouse operations, procurement, and store teams to align logistics with overall supply chain demands.
