The Logistics/FC On Van Delivery Supervisor at Kroger plays a critical role in overseeing the efficient operation of fulfillment center (FC) van delivery services. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily van loading, routing, and delivery schedules to optimize routes and minimize delays.
• Monitor driver performance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, DOT regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with FC teams to prepare orders for van dispatch, verifying accuracy and quality.
• Handle customer and store inquiries regarding delivery status, resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance scheduling to ensure fleet reliability.
• Analyze delivery metrics, such as on-time performance and fuel efficiency, to drive process improvements.
• Train and develop team members on best practices in logistics and customer service.
• Manage inventory on vans, preventing shortages or overstock during routes.

Qualifications and Skills
