Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for accurate repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify maintenance needs and optimize workflows.
• Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and repairs in the CMMS system.
• Assist in installing new equipment and upgrading existing systems as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must have strong technical aptitude, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Night shift requires adaptability to irregular hours.
